Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at cozimozi.ae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Processing Time
