1. About Us Cozi Mozi is a UAE-based family apparel brand selling graphic tees and hoodies for kids, teens, and adults through our online store at cozimozi.ae.
2. Acceptance of Terms By browsing or purchasing from cozimozi.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
3. Products & Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, change designs, or update sizing at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.
5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
6. Shipping & Delivery We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Cozi Mozi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors outside our control.
7. Exchanges We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
8. Intellectual Property All content on cozimozi.ae — including designs, logos, images, and text — is the property of Cozi Mozi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Cozi Mozi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
