1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 1-2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2-4 business days
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts. Cozi Mozi is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
